The best time to request the WDIR is when you are requesting the Home Inspection. The home inspector takes 1 - 3 hours and the Termite Inspector takes about 30 - 60 minutes. The Termite Inspection can be done at the time of the Home Inspection or it can be scheduled in advance at the convenience of the realtor, buyer or seller.
