Tips for keeping mice out of your New Year:

• seal cracks and gaps around outside of home
• fix leaky pipes and close off entry points
• clean up the crumbs and seal leftovers
• Keep food in rodent proof containers
• Add door sweeps and weather stripping especially around windows and doors
• store bird seed in sealed containers
• Store firewood 20 feet from the home (helps with termites too)
• Keep trash can lids tightly sealed both inside and outside
• Replace old vents with automatic open/close vents
• If you see any signs of mice, take action to keep them from multiplying.
